2008 - 2009 Hockey Registration
BY MAIL:
April 2008 - The above Registration Form will be mailed to all players who played on a BMHA team (including Rep B Blackhawks & Rangers) during
2007 - 2008 season. and whose parent/guardian DID NOT have an e-mail address on file. This does not include children who played on a BMHA team with an 'out of territory variance' last season.
To successfully register for the upcoming season, each of these forms must be completed in their entirety. Players will not be registered until all of these forms have been signed and received. Please send the completed forms, along with your cheque(s) to:

April 2008 - for your convenience, the BMHA has implemented a secure 'on-line registration' service as a second method to register for the upcoming season! By clicking the above link, you will be redirected to our secure web page and guided through the on-line registration process. You may pay by credit card using the Pay Pal service, or you may register your player on-line then mail in cheques with the Medical/Liability Release Form.
(NOTES: The signed Medical/Liability Release Form will need to be received by the BMHA before the player can enter the ice surface the first time; there is a nominal Paypal fee to make payment by credit card; if paying by credit card, the full registration fee must be made in one single payment.)
* At this time, geographic variances WILL NOT be accepted by our Registrar for the
2008 - 2009 season.
Registration Boundaries: In order for your child to play hockey in Blackburn, your permanent family address (where your child resides), must have a postal code which starts with "K1B" , "K4B" or "K1W". *Note: "K1C" is also eligible providing you live on the Navan Road corridor between Innes and Mer Bleu Roads.
The GHA's Official Interpretation of BMHA boundaries:
"The area enclosed by starting at Greens Creek and Montreal Road, south along Green Creek to Innes Road at Anderson Road, south along Anderson Road to the Canadian Pacific Railway Line, east along the CP Railway Line to Mer Bleue, north on Mer Bleue to Innes Road, west along Innes Road to the eastern NCC boundary to the Department of National Defence Proving Grounds, north along this boundary to Montreal Road/St. Joseph Boulevard, west along Montreal Road/St. Joseph Boulevard to Green Creek".
NOTE: The BMHA cannot guarantee that all registering players will be placed on a team . This is due to team size restrictions and ice availability.
