A Note From Your Organizing Volunteers
We are here at your service! While we would like to answer ALL your e-mail questions immediately we also have lives, complete with other goings on, commitments and are hockey parents too. As a result, we may not be able to reply to your e-mail inquiries as quickly as you might like. Rest assured our intention will always be to try to reply as promptly as possible however; this may still take some time and your patience is appreciated!
If an issue is absolutely urgent, our phone numbers are listed on this page, however, please take a moment before you call to decide whether your call is absolutely necessary.
Finally, if you have an issue, which needs to be brought to the attention of the BMHA board, please do it through your level's board representative, your Convenor.
As a course of action, do not advance your inquiry to the next level without first consulting your Convenor.
Please send your question to your Convenor - if it needs to be escalated, the Convenor will do so promptly.
